Dr. Anthony Scardino, PhD in Leadership and Organizational Change

After many years serving in management positions and as a consultant in the business world, Dr. Scardino began sharing his experience inside classrooms as part of Felician University’s School of Business and Information Sciences. With specialized expertise in economics, political science, and international relations, Dr. Scardino completed his dissertation on servant leadership in higher education and its impact on student engagement. He holds a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Change from Antioch University and a Masters of Public Policy from Pepperdine University. When not teaching, he enjoys seeing NY Giants games and spending time with his three daughters.
